Last ten minutes of fishing we caught this one! Lets go! Also still had to guess weight because we didn't have a scale

My friend caught this one with my mepps black fury size 2 We used a small little bass net for this on because we were by ourselves and that was all we had. She popped of the hook and I manged to grab her with the net. She laid her eggs while we took pictures.

Almost lost it to a snag, got my friend to unsnag the line thinking all was lost when I realised he was still on. Don't know the exact size and weight those are just my best guesses. He was a big boy!

Nice fish to end the session

These little guys are so pretty to look at. If it wouldn’t suffocate I would have spent more time taking pictures! 🤪🤪

It was like having a car at the end of my line! Also I love these little jerkbaits!
