Brown trout

The Trout trifecta! What I love about Trout fishing is that every day is different than the next! You can go 2 week's without catching anything and then it could just pick up like wildfire! Also I find it very different than Bass fishing, because you can catch a 5 pound Bass, but once you catch one it's hard to break that record. With Trout you can reach new milestones every day! Today was just one of those days! I caught 3 different species of trout. The brown, the brook and the rainbow! The brook was actually my first ever brook trout! When I got the river I was thinking. "Oh imagine if I catch the trifecta, that would be insane", but then I was like there's no way this river holds all 3 species of trout! Well I guess I was wrong. The first 2 fish I caught in the same hole! And the 4th fish was probably my best catch being that I pulled it right out of the current! I don't think most of these were wild just by the way their fins looked, could be 1 or 2 were. But hey it was still an awesome day! The weather made it even more challenging and fun, 20 degrees with a foot of snow. Just goes to show you that you can catch fish even on the coldest days of the year! FishAngler Team

I am at a loss of words. My son caught the biggest brown trout I have ever seen, he caught 10 brown trout and 1 rainbow trout, he had an amazing day out there. 🎣🎣🎣
