Tested out new pack bait recipe

4hrs on the creek today and managed to catch 1 steelhead and 2 white suckers (first time catching suckers lol)😆 Steelheads are starting to head back to the lake was pretty dry today even with rain. Managed to get a few videos today despite the rainy weather and GoPro dying on me. Might be time I move on from stealhead from the season but was definitely a successful one to say the least 🎣

Nice fresh one plus the biggest resident I’ve seen in a while. Egg fly and black midge on 5x, 5wt. Still fishing south of the CNR. Now that all the centerpinners have moved upstream and elsewhere, I had the whole lower area to myself. It was like heaven today.

Skunked for trout! Caught this though..atleast someone was in the line! Lol
