Big Gunpowder Falls

I drove to a recently stocked Gunpowder Falls in Maryland, only to find it frozen. The few visible trout (not under the ice) were extremely lethargic. They were so lethargic, in fact, that I was able to sneak up on one and scooped it with a landing net.
