Shawnee State Fishing Lake

First nice bass of the spring season.

Only fish of the day but at least it was a slab.

Another successful trip. Got on a bunch as a rain front rolled in. Firm believer of barometric bites.

Good 1 along the bank near some brush. Direct cast in to em.

The bite was slow but still got 4 small bass.

Water snake hit as i was reeling in...got him off safely and threw em in some bushes.

Can't go bass fishing without running through some big bluegills.

Multi species. Bass, walleye, bluegills all on the swimshad.
