Second dink and last fish of the day. Then I caught someone’s line that had a weird lure at the end of the line. They were running a wire leader on it too. Never seen that at a pond before!

Probably the biggest sunfish I’ve caught out of this pond.

Three channels in one day all on a spinnerbait is crazy. I’ve only ever caught one here and there on a spinnerbait before. And then I saw a giant koi, the picture doesn’t do it justice. If anyone knows how to catch koi, please tell me. Aren’t they just like carp?

Biggest channel catfish that I’ve caught on my ultralight! This guy put up an amazing fight, he kept peeling drag. Cool eat too, I saw him chasing my spinnerbait up to the surface and then he engulfed it.

Caught this little guy immediately after that channel cat.

Channel cats are so fun to catch on the ultra light. They love this little spinner bait for some reason. And my next two casts I caught two more fish

First dink of the day. The golf course was closed today because of the storm yesterday. They have to clean up all of the branches. So I was finally able to make a full lap around the pond today.
