This fat stocker Brookie took a lime green chironomid, which I’ve caught a couple on now. Had to work for him as he was hanging out under the dock all day. Took my fly right in front of my face and peeled drag.

Nice lil stocked Brookie after work at my local spot. Hit a “Carey Special” wet fly on a slow retrieve with floating line.

First ever fish on my fly setup. Caught on a size 18 chironomid, no indicator. Only fish of the day, the stocker pond’s been slow so far this season. Amazing feeling though.
