Columbia River

New personal Best from the Columbia. 5 hours in with no fish and right after it started raining This lazy bugger went for a snack. Swam right to shore too.

4 sore lips today, 3 made it to the net.

Another day with one loss and one to the net. Seems that’s how the river wants to play things lately. This guy was strong, a few nice jumps and a couple long runs on the drag.

One to the net before my line froze on the reel.

Snuck back to the river for one more. He had a decent kype and some nice chompers.

I been hitting the same hole for the last few posts and it hasn’t let me down yet.

Another short session while my oldest had his grad pics done. This guy took it on my 2nd cast.
