Got a hit out at Bears Branch Reservoir on my first outing with the new kayak. Honestly not the best conditions because the water is so low, banks all muddy. Was hard to even launch onto, but, you know country boy can survive. Anyway... still plenty deep by the spillway and at least didn’t completely come up empty handed! Caught on LIVEBAIT baitball spinner rig, gift from my dad from Father’s Day and first catch with it, pretty cool.
