NEW PB ALERT ‼️🚨🔔 Around 80 pounds and 1 inch under 6 ft long!!! LETS GOOOOOOO!!!! I know it’s long but the 8 and a half minute video of the catch is worth the watch! So hyped rn!!! Glad my boy Alan Hernandez was here to record and help me land it!!!

FINALLY successfully caught AND landed an ALLIGATOR GAR for the first time in a year!!!! Let’s gooo!! Measured in at 5 ft 4 inches!! 2 inches less than my PB! Estimated weight based off the length/ girth chart came in around 74 pounds!

Wasn’t the target species😂😂 got back out to Lake Livingston today for gars and had about 10-15 runs between my buddy and I but didn’t manage to land one. The one I was hooked into in the first video took me to a snag and I believe it was very possibly a 7+ footer by the way it was fighting 😳😱
