Just the one bass this morning, caught a few minutes before I was leaving.. was right near the bank so not a lot of fight, but still fun at least and a beautiful morning to be outside

Put up a good fight.. another that swam right into the muck at the end.. am ready for winter to be back again already so that the damn grass isn't as bad 😂

Just one this morning again. Glad I switched to braid because he buried himself deep in the muck, and I was able to pull him out luckily. Thought I had lost him lol

Caught the bass that wasn't sure if it broke me off or the knot came loose yesterday. Got my hook back, and seen that it was the line that broke, so I guess my knot wasn't the problem lol. Also caught this behemoth of a bluegill lol thang was thicc

Another decent one this morning. Missed a couple others, one broke my line or my knot came loose from the hook...not sure which because I switched the pole to braid instead of mono, which I am not as experienced with braid. Still figured out if my normal knot is sufficient enough for it lol

Just another 1 fish morning, aside from catching bluegills.. am really suprised after all the rain yesterday that they aren't biting more by the culvert. Did see about a 4lber down the left side closer to the other culvert but the bass didn't want nothing to do with my lure. Wondering if they're wanting to start spawning again lol

Just the one this morning, but was pretty windy out there so was hard to watch the line and keep the bait where I wanted it
