Met up with my nephew Four Leaf this morning, had a great time! Hoping to do it again soon! Once more my best wooly bugger came through, eight times this morning. Rare bank fishing day for me.

Could not find trout yesterday, but the bluegill kept me busy!

I AM using different flies! First Bass actually attacked a popper three times, eventually breaking it off. Since I had another rod rigged up with a trusted olive wooly bugger, I casted it to the spot and hooked up immediately! Retrieved and re-tied popper and fished it for another half hour or so, then swapped it out for a zonker, which I alternated with the bugger for an hour (until the rain got heavy). Only the bugger got any attention after the first Bass. Monday morning action.
