Jumped into a derb at Seneca today and came up just one bite short of cracking into the top 3. Caught a lot of fish today just didn’t have the size we needed. . . I also pre-fished if ya want to call it that for about 2 hours on Saturday and caught a decent one that would have definitely put us in the top 3 today. Today was all about missed opportunities and straight up struggling. Started off this morning catching tiny saugeye and a pretty nice sized white bass. I ended up hooking into a really good fish before getting wrapped up and breaking it off. It was easily 4 pounds and it nearly jumped in the boat trying to shake the lure after I broke off. Other than that I had one bite that ended up being a 2.5 pounder. . .
