Salmon River

New species unlocked! Me and my buddy made the trip to the Salmon river in attempt to catch our first Steelhead and it payed off! The last time I was at the Salmon river was 2 years ago for Kings, and it was a failure. So I was really excited for this day! We had really good day, we caught 10 fish and hooked into 6 more! Biggest being 10 Ibs. These fish are a blast to target, their fighting ability is insane! Some of them we were battling for 10 minutes! It's an amazing fishery. And we had a great guide! Al is an awesome dude! I'd highly recommend making a trip for these fish! Can't wait to go back! FishAngler Team

First steelhead, tough day!!

Brought the little brother up to the salmon. Still some boots coming thru pretty regular. Thanks for the boost Dez Bass !! Not seen any steelies this day yet.

Took a buddy up north to try his luck. Didn't fish myself, someone's gotta drift!! And in this case net!! Great time though. Looking forward to November and the browns. Saw a few Steelhead and Coho's being brought in as well.
