Big ol sucker caught on the fly rod

It wasn't easy catch if you could deal with the wind.Oh, you had to do was play the power bait game.Sometimes they wanted it on the bottom.Other times they wanted it eighteen to twenty four inches up off of the bottom... Most colors of power bait worked...Tarryal reservoir...

First trout on the fly!!!!! He weighed in at 2.4 lbs. It was literally the scene from a river runs through it where he jumps in to get the fish. He almost spooled me so I had to chase him down the river 😂 first and last fish of the trip. Just glad we didn’t get skunked
