a frosty morning with few fish rising when i arrived, after an unproductive first. hour fishing buzzers, i switched to a lack and green lure and the fish took as soon as i started stripping! it was a savage take, and i knew straightaway it was a good fish, and after an epic battle i was relieved and delighted when it hit the net!!

struggled today and just managed the one fish....great scrap on the #4 rod tho!

another relatively tricky day on the rezzy, had two in two casts on orange damsel, but despite trying everything else in the box i couldn’t manage another nibble!!
