First fish caught in about 10years after having a small “break” from fishing, put up a good wee run, returned to the moray firth ready for someone else to catch :)

First catch on the Pearl sandeels... nae a bass though 😢

Catch it, kill it, eat it round 2... not without a bit more meat on the bones in future...

First Sea Trout :) 3lb on my plate boy I thought it was an Atlantic Salmon... I've been corrected... No option for Sea Trout but same species

Tiny wee pollock, a first though 😄

Caught a few tonight but that's the biggest Mackerel I've had all year... blanked on the pike hunt yesterday so nice redeemer 👌
