Taw River

3x Bass landed. Lost 2!! 😅 lost two lures in the process. This beauty literally took from my feet and scrapped hard in the current. Wasn’t the most helpful when coming to measure her, flapping all over the place. A great fish and my 1st 70 of the year💪🏻

Early morning session before work… worth a trip

Reece catching this beauty through myself pointing out where to cast having seen it breach moments before. Landing this beauty of 72cm. He had another of 64cm. I caught 2 myself but biggest 58cm

x2 Bass landed… 1x low 50’s no pics taken. Then this really dark beast… caught on a Keitech easy shiner. Had a really light bass in comparison swimming beside. And underneath!! Madness… that one was typically bigger and at least 70cm

Sight fishing and some luck on the Dark Sleeper. I saw a really big dark backed bass, but was beaten to the lure by a smaller one. Next time maybe…

57cm (R)+ 60cm (R)+ 66.5cm + 67cm (R) & a 59cm plus a couple smaller ones making this mornings session our most successful ever.

To my surprise so far up the river, testing the Megabass spindle worms on a new jig-head… 5” got smashed in very shallow water! Brilliant!

A great evenings fishing with me best bud. 2 bass each both of mine the bigger. Its not often i get the bigger ones fishing with him. Happy days! Had the pleasure of seeing the local otter making his way up river and even have a spot of dinner, chomping down on some small fry.
