Today’s my birthday, and I landed my birthday fish! Carp may not be the prettiest fish out there, but pound for pound, they fought like true heroes! You might not catch a 3lb bass every day, but I’d happily reel in a 3lb carp all day long! 1. It is a birthday catch 2. lt is a targeted species 3. I had been skunked for the past 3 birthdays 4. my son landed his first carp at the exact same spot (refer catch log of this pond)

Way to go boy! My son always want his first carp! He wanted it so bad better than any other game fish because he thinks carp is the cutest fish of all time. Well that happen tonight look at how happy he was. Like having a dream Christmas gift come true!
