Caught a herpes bass on a 6th Sense 4.8” Bodega. WTH is wrong with this fish?!?

Several months ago, my fave WP went missing. I knew I probably left it somewhere after changing lures. Well, I found it!! Sitting RIGHT WHERE INLEFT IT 4 months ago!

You wouldn’t believe that I caught this monster in a literal ditch. Well, a 30x30 yard pond that feeds a ditch. In the middle of the old dump. Literally.

I decided to give the Bassmaster Elite guys a chance this morning and went catching for a half hour around 11am. Caught these two beauties in about 15 minutes then it got too hot and I went home.

I think I may have ruined a Maxum Bassmaster Elite pro’s day with this catch. 2 minutes and 2 casts after he left the spot he was at! 😂😳😂
