⚠️PB ALERT ⚠️ Nabbed this 20 inch flatty besting my 19 inch previous pb! And they kept coming...Jack's, Mack's, Mangrove Snapper, Ladyfish, and more flounder round out the day. All caught on Greenbacks freeline, some Jack's nabbed on the trusty ol Johnson gold spoon. Kept some select ones, rest returned🤙 Go get ya some!👊

My last catch of the day was a keeper 20.5-inch fluke. Almost didn't land it, as my line got tangled with someone else's snagged line. Luckily, a kind stranger came to the rescue, using my other rod and a Hopkins spoon to hook the snagged line to help me land the fish. This has been the best summer season fishing at the Jersey Shore yet. Looking forward to the fall run.
