North Atlantic Ocean (US/NJ)

I left the inlet for lunch and when I came back it was outgoing tide. The bite had considerably died down. By low tide it was non-existent and after a snagged line, it was time to end the trip.

Just before and during high tide, it felt like I was getting a bite at every cast. They were all so short.

First and only keeper for this trip.

Also caught (snagged?) a bunch of these.

Bite started picking up at incoming tide. They were all 12-16.5 inches (and one about 5inch)

Very slow at low tide

Foul hooked today's first catch.

Last catch of today. No keepers.
