Nice little Cat. New pond. Hit my jig with a 6th Sense Panorama Trailer.

So when I fish this spot I use two rods. One I fish baits on the bottom for catfish and the other I fish bass baits. So today I didn’t catch anything on the catfish rod but I caught a catfish in the bass rod lol. And of all things he bit a spinner

Not huge but a nice little catfish on the bluegill head.

This was so fun to catch. My biggest catfish by far. I caught him on a bluegill head. Correct me if I’m wrong but I beleive this is a channel cat?

Many small bluegill today. I cut the heads off and used them for catfish bait. I didn’t get any catfish. But I had some bites. One of them I forgot I was using a circle hook and I set the hook and missed it. And the other I set me rod down to get a stick for the rod holder and my rod almost got pulled into the water. But thanks to a guy next to me he saved it
