Couple from the last two days ….

Jay got a nice one

Pickerel slammed the lure right at the boat and scared the hell out of me. Got my hooks all caught in the net, too. I love to fight them but I hate to unhook them! Getting much better with the baitcaster. It was slow and too hot out, but a guy was shouting gibberish and swinging a bucket near the boat ramp, so I didn’t want to get out, so I ate beef jerky and tested different lures on the baitcaster until he left. Good practice. #BaitNWin

13.4” but healthy and a damn good fighter. I had a bigger one on, but it flew at me like a torpedo and head butted the side of my kayak and the hook came out. Hope it didn’t get concussed. #BaitNWin

I could barely get this guy in the kayak let alone weigh and measure. Started fishing this year and so far this is my biggest catch.

Caught this guy today. Biggest bass I have caught. Biggest fish I have caught. Awesome day but I ran out of EWG hooks. Got buy more. This guy was at least 1.5-2 pounds. Decent guy for this area

First bass of the season. Small one at least it’s a bass. I also caught 2 sunnys so pretty good day

Caught 7-8 fish today. But highlight of the day. A black crappie. In other states this is regular size but in the area I’m from this a big size.
