I was fortunate to spend the day at Carter Lake with my amazing girlfriend and my buddy, who I hadn't seen in about a year. We grilled and chilled and did some fishing from the kayaks. We only caught a couple rainbows but it was an absolutely perfect lake day. ⛰️ 🎣👌

First adventure to Carter Lake with the boy's! It was a long day in the kayaks on the water. I think we were there from 7am to 6pm. The bite didn't kick off until about 4pm as afternoon clouds rolled in. The first big Cutbow I hooked up with, twisted my two lines around each other and then wrapped around my phone stand. As I was fighting this swamp donkey, my phone was knocked off it's mount, and straight into the lake. My phone now rests in peace in about 90 feet of water. Worth it. 👌

Hey folks !! Tight lines to y’all. I added this professional wrestling poster for those who have met myself and my daughter over the years. She makes her Professional Wrestling debut April 2, two weeks after her 14th birthday. It’s a PPV on you tube. My daughter is Kayla, her ring name is Allie Knox.

Paddled several miles and didn’t see many marks on the sonar. I caught five smaller rainbow trout in the 12-inch range. Not the big fish I was looking for, but they were still fun to catch as they were jigged from 30-40 feet in 50-70 feet of water. I may have caught more fish if I’d spent the afternoon trolling instead of jigging, but I was really hoping to sharpshoot a good sized fish.

I have not posted for a while. Troll ass weak cowards behind a keyboard have been keeping me away from social media lately. I’m over that stuff as much as I can. But I truly believe people should be held accountable and punched in the face every once in a while. The world would be better place for sure . I love giving Fish!! sore lips. Wish I could JACK and troll in the mouth.

Only had an hour to fish on our way home from church camp. They stocked the lake recently and the stockers are a nuisance when bait fishing. We caught at least 20 stockers, but eventually got a couple nice rainbows. All C&R as we are blessed with no space in any of our freezers. Nothing bit the lures today, wasn't for a lack of effort though. God is good!
