River Hamble

Lots of small bass this morning on the mepps baited with red Gulp. They were all between 15 and 25 cm. Great fun and no attempt to catch anything big just to get out and catch anything. Interestingly they were only caught on the red Gulp I tried some green and yellow and not a single take.

A very similar situation to my last catch, I was fishing for bass with lures and not catching but saw some mullet so switched to the baited mepps spinner and caught a bunch of tiny bass. I think I had 6 in total ranging from 10 to 25 cm so no monsters but a lot of fun on a sunny afternoon.
