English Channel

56cm, 53cm, 50cm and the rest around 42cm. 2 sessions, 2.5 hours max each – conditions and tide matter. Been putting the time into this mark. All winter was homework, learning it properly… now it’s paying off 🎣

First decent bass

Few fish from a new mark I am working out at the moment plenty nice size bass no monsters yet but nice size smut put a good fight but not the fish i was after 😔😂

First proper session after the smuts with the right bait and well what a way to start the summer with a PB smut went like a train screaming line couldn’t bully this this that was for sure can’t see myself beating this PB for long time 😆✅🎣

Got out Sunday morning for some fresh squid got a few then headed out for a bass session last night I fish the tide up normally fish it out was slow as expected but soon as high hit I new it getting close to golden time put a fresh squid head out about 10 yards and within 5 mins I had a bass probably around 3and half if lucky close to 4 had work today early so couldn’t stay for flood out but i be getting out lot more now bass and ray sessions up till Christmas then on the rivers for the flounders hopefully

Good start to the day first bass session of the summer and bang on the nail 🎣🎣🎣

What a cracking 2 sessions that was🎣 17 smuts in total for me and Jack in 2 days few small ones but some good size ones Jack with the biggest yesterday at 6.9 I think it was but I had to put a end to that tonight with a 9.4lb smut had few just under 8 I would say smashed it we did now BRING ON THE STINGER SESSION TOMORROW🎣🎣🎣🎣
