My son got his new PB! During our fishing session at Mill Pond Park, a local informed us that if we wanted to catch big fish, we should head to the backyard pond located west of the park. He mentioned that the park was under heavy fishing pressure, resulting in only small fish being caught there. He referred to the backyard pond as the "Acid Pond" and even showed us a map on his smartphone. Upon examining the map, it appeared quite promising. Consequently, my son and I made the decision to venture there and try our luck. As we followed the creek, I continuously referenced Google satellite images displaying the pond's location. However, there were no clear indications or paths leading us there. We encountered several dead ends with fences obstructing our way, forcing us to backtrack and explore new routes. I contemplated abandoning the mission as the terrain grew more challenging, accompanied by dense woods swarming with mosquitoes and requiring extensive bushwhacking. I suggested to my son that we return to the park, but he insisted on pressing forward. Throughout our journey, we received guidance from three different locals who directed us along the correct path. Eventually, after passing through a metal gate beyond the fence, we successfully reached the desired pond. (The rest is in the picture and Videos!)

We have a park with the same name, Mill Pond Park, in Richmond Hill. However, the Mill Pond in Milton is far superior. I absolutely adore this location!
