Recent Catches At Bay of Fundy
Ethan Roberts
Drove up to Maine for a few days and spent some time fishing a combination of saltwater and freshwater. The best catch of the trip was a Sculpin from Lubec, ME. I managed to land two of them on chunks of pollock I landed a few minutes prior. My other saltwater success was in the form of too many mackerel to count on my sabiki rigs. While spending one evening in New Brunswick, I hooked what I believe was a giant striped bass which unfortunately broke my 12lb test. In freshwater, I managed to land a little eel in the western bay near Acadia, plenty of small smallmouth, and some white perch on the Kennebec River.
