I feel like I get so caught up in the thrill that I either forget to take pictures or I fish for so long I forget to post them. But here is a highlight reel for August 😎

Awsome hour of fishing. Had to drive 1.5 hours to Plattsburgh from Burlington and back to get some registration done for my car. Saw this little creek on the way there, and on the way back, decides to stop. First cast with the swimbait, I hooked a golden shiner. Somehow, I got him right in the mouth, so I'll count it. Switched to a popper and started walking it, and got a nice bass, probably 2.5- 3 lbs. For a little ditch on the side of the road, this was awsome. I tried for salmon again last night down in the Winooski. Didn't see any fish, but there were a lot of people. Didn't see anyone else catch anything.
