Got the W last night in my first Thursday nighter of the year as well as big bass on my home lake! Had a blast catching em cranking the 4D Baits squarebill! Also landed one key fish flipping the 4D Baits ripple craw. Always fun when you have a good day fishing the way you like to lol. Weighed in 11.90lbs on a three fish limit with the biggest going 6lbs even. Took home some good ise and looking forward to the next one! State championship is next week so time to lock in for that

Found me a big ol crankbait eater on my first solo boat trip yesterday. Smoked the 4D Baits squarebill! Now that I can take the boat out on my own, looking forward to putting some more in the boat like this one!

Well, finally caught a flathead on rod and reel. Can't say it's what I was expecting but l am definitely not complaining lol. Went out to see if I could get any bass to bite from the bank since I hadn't really tried. No luck for bass but a flathead is always welcome. Weighed 13.58lbs. PB Blue Cat: Berkley Frittside 5 Sexy Back PB Flathead: Berkley Frittside 5 Sexy Back I think I have found the best catfish crankbait lol KastKing lethal blaze baitcasting combo handled it no problem. Heck of a combo for $85!

Had a much better afternoon/ evening of fishing that I expected. Definitely wasn't expecting to catch them shaking a minnow but that's what got it done today. Also got a new PB hybrid striper that i'll post tomorrow. Apparently a big winter storm is about to hit so l was hoping the fish were going to be feeding up heavy before. They were definitely willing to eat, just had to get it right in front of them. All fish were on the KastKing Valiant Eagle II BFS paired up with the light action kestrel rod. Makes for a super fun fight! Was a nice little confidence booster for the tourney next week!
