The weather has cooled down in Ohio. Started in the 50’s this morning. Caught a few smaller ones. Won’t be long and the big ones will be fattening up. I enjoy the fall bite! #459

The Zoom pink trick worm was the ticket today. Caught 3 on it and lost 1 that wrapped around a log. The nearly 4 pound bucket mouth was caught in the shallows. Gotta love the fight! #452

Used the Jon boat again and scored big. I now see the advantage of fishing towards shore. Maybe I’ll buy a yak? The weather has cooled some and I’m not complaining! #349

It was a hot morning but I went anyway, planning to get something. At first nothing was biting. I switched gears and decided to try the Jon boat, fishing towards the shoreline. It paid off as I began catching bass with the pink Zoom trick worm 🪱. Ended up with 5, 2 of them bigger! #345
