Tough bite on Thurs. Worked hard, lotsa lure changes to get 3 dinks; but no skunk. Didn't see any action from other boats either.

Took my cousin’s daughter out last night. Caught a few kitty’s and can never escape a turtle. Nice sunset, weather was great, bugs weren’t horrible, overall a great evening. These fish have still not spawned. Tight lines!

Nice 18" LMB this AM on silver n blue rattletrap. Also 14" on yellow fluke on a drop-shot. Deep diving cranks were the ticket though, 6 other hits bt 2 of us. But for hazy smoke, great morning for fishing.

Slow day and tons of boats out there but beat the skunk with this early chunkster. Deep diving crank just off a drop-off. Looking fwd to some rain and cooler temps.

Just 1 short LMB and a white crappie with the heart of a chihuahua for a 1/2oz chartruese spinnerbait. Lost a nice LMB at the boat on a lipless crank. Another beautiful day to be out fishing!
