well, finally got my new pb channel cat last night!! woooo!!😁 thought i missed the hook-set but turns out he was swimming right at me! what a great catch to end the evening.

I know the weight of the fish, but I didn't measure the length. Always a good time in Big Otter Creek.

First Ever Gar! Was fishing for Catfish and this hit just as I was going to pack up.

I'm using 15lbs braid, but I don't remember the correct brand. All I know is that it's a dark green braid. I didn't have a proper way to weigh the fish, but I used AI for a rough estimate. I caught a white sucker similar in size about half an hour later. I haven't caught a Redhorse before, so I felt really good. Vienna Is awesome for fishing in the Big Otter! using a hook, and a worm will never disappoint! The fishing spot is also across from my childhood home, so I'm pretty used to the area fishing wise.

The run just keeps getting better and better
