Shortly after setting the lines, a 24 cm Vimba Bream (Podustka / Nosáľ) showed up on the bank. Even though I know there are much larger specimens roaming this stretch of the river, landing this youngster was still a treat. Healthy, energetic, and always welcome on the hook.
