Broke tip of rod while setting hook. First time that has ever happened to me.

First catch of my adulthood just picked fishing up this week just gotta be patient and try different lakes/ponds.

Love coming to my local little lake- so beautiful and peaceful-so good for my soul!

Not big but that’s not what I’m looking for- Just being able to come find ‘em is good enough for me. Second and third photo are from same lake exactly one year ago
