Lake Dunlap

Nothing large this morning, but still made for a good trip at Dunlap Lake.

Tough fishing at Dunlap Lake. But no skunk 🦨. Not to mention the 50,000 bass fingerlings that TPWD dumped a couple of days before, there was a huge spawn of shad as well. So two minutes of feeding and the fish all full. Makes them hard to catch.

Didn't exactly tear them up but still a good morning on Dunlap Lake.

Fishing pressure on Lake Dunlap is extreme. Only boated 3 in 5 hours.

Daughter and I enjoyed a nice morning on Lake Dunlap.

Learning Dunlap each time fishing. This morning with a south west wind went very well at first. Wind switched from the SW and at about 9:45 am out of the ENE and the fish switched off. Getting Dunlap figured out.

Thank you Scott for the invite! (But also we’ll work on the photo taking skills for next time 🤣🤣). Skunked myself because I was too busy cracking jokes but Scott caught a 4 lb bass
