Had a great day with the fly rods in the bay! Hooked and fought a 40 lb plus black drum for about 20 minutes before I pulled the hook on it, 6 croaker, 5 flounder, biggest one was 19.75 that my dad landed, and 2 redfish both just under slot, and a sting ray in the mouth. How I don't know. Everything was on a shrimp pattern, in orange.

FLOUNDER ON THE FLY! My first flounder on the fly rod and it was a brute and beautiful one! Measured in at just over 18 inches, let it go to fight another day!

Me and my dad went out fly fishing the bay, dad got a little black drum, a flounder, and 2 small crocker. I got skunked with 2 bites, but I got to see a beautiful sunset!
