Caught this small one on a crankbait. The pond is a little rough but there are some bass there. I went a few days later really early and caught another bass the same size on the same crankbait on my 2nd cast.

The first time catching anything in this pond went after getting off work that evening. FYI spot is a little sketchy at night signs of vagrants hang out there and I noticed someone lurking in the shadows watching me load up my trunk with my gear. Catch #22 on the year
