Decided to try some more slip float jigging. Ended up catching 3 different species of sunfish all in one trip! A little bitty longear, a little green sunfish, and a half way decent bluegill!

Another failed attempt at jigging up some fall crappie using a slip float rig. Two bluegill and a largemouth bass was all I got. Apparently even largemouths love to hit 1/32 ounce crappie jigs!

Decided to go in to work for a bit on a Saturday. Figured I'd hit the creek for a little bit after work, jig up some fall crappie. Not a single crappie sadly, only these two beautiful ditch pickles. Not something I was expecting on an ultralight running a slip float rig and a crappie jig! The largest was a 5 pounder, and the smaller fella was a 4.
