They stock white perch in the lake for fishing opportunities off the pier. White spinner with chrome main blade and gold secondary blade. Fish as slow as you can without picking up the muck on the bottom. Slow gear ratio helps. Spinner bait color and blade config is important. You can catch small largemouth on chartreuse and a fast retrieve but if you want the 5+ lbs fish you gotta match the forage and slow the presentation down.
