Winding Hills Park Lake

Ok guys, I need your help. What am I doing wrong? Am I retrieving too fast, not setting the hook hard enough or is my drag too tight? I keep losing nice size fish. I’ve only been fishing for 2 years and I’m trying to figure this out by myself. Any help would be really appreciated.
