Recent Catches At Tioughnioga River

Went up to New York today to do some ice fishing on Whitney Point Reservoir. Had a bite and watched a few follows on the fish finder courtesy of Jacob Rubin. My success came after switching up to the river below the lake for about half an hour where I landed a beautiful Northern Pike and a Smallmouth Bass.

Another great day of fishing at Whitney Point Reservoir. Caught 6 smallmouth in about an hour, all of them over 2lbs. Biggest was 2lbs 11oz, and the smallest was 2lbs even. Got most of them on spinner baits and one of them on a swim jig.

Incredible fishing today below Whitney Point Reservoir. Caught 9 Smallmouth in total with 8 being over 2lbs. The three biggest were 2lbs 9oz, 2lbs 10oz, and the biggest was a whopping 3lbs 2oz. The smallest was 1.38lbs. Got all of them on a Booyah Spinnerbait.

Walleye! Caught my third ever Walleye as well as a nice Smallmouth beneath Whitney Point Reservoir. Got both of them on a Rapala X-rap. #Catch22
