Caught two brook trout today using a 1/8 oz jig head with a 2” soft plastic. I did have several more hook ups but I lost them. Trout can be difficult to keep on the hook sometimes!

Caught two Yellow Perch today. Probably a 1/4 pound or so. The second one is a bit bigger than the first. Caught both using a 1/8 oz jig head with a 2” soft plastic minnow.

Caught an absolute cow of a smallmouth over the weekend. Used live minnows on a light power rod with 6 pound test. Fought this guy for a good 2-3 minutes or so. Felt like a good 3 pounds or so. I need a good scale!
