Haven't posted in awhile... it was hot so they weren't very active, but I was able to catch this one.

Fish was a good fighter

Got my pb smallie yesterday at Elwood. Fishing from the bank is tough here. Not much access. I'll have to head back out there with my kayak.

First rock bass in some time. This was my first time ever fishing Elwood

So…interesting morning on new water for me. Explored a very small section of this reservoir by kayak. Found one decent smallie, and one micro LMB 🔍 tight lines!!!
