Woods Chapel Park Pond

I'm officially having an excellent fishing year!! I've been meaning to go to this spot ever since my Tapawingo catch, & am keeping the exact location hidden to prevent competition. After successfully descaling, skinning, & deboning, I put the fillets in the fridge. The following day, I make up a dry flour batter containing salt, chipotle powder, garlic powder, & coriander. I then coated the fillets in this batter, apply egg wash, coat again, then pan fry until golden brown. It was served with Muenster, a slice of toast, Mayo, & mustard. I would have taken a pic, but was too busy snarfing it down. Yummy!!
