I caught this with trout marshmallows 😂

Caught this one last summer. It was on my friend’s last king reel and Mach one combo baitcaster. It was massive!! We were using cut up bream which apparently was not allowed 🚫. We put that whole fish on a massive hook and 45 lb leader and casted out into a deep underwater ditch. We let it sit there for 30 minutes then he says that he has to use the bathroom. He leaves then the turtle is on and that was a hard fight to get him to the surface. He would just swim away though. Then he got back and saw that and said let me try . I did and with one jerk, he snaps the line and swims away. That was my pb snapping turtle 🐢
