fun day got Abt 3 fish and two were at the lake

Had a fun time pitching minnows and crickets yesterday. Caught a good many small fish, kept a few of the bigger crappie and bluegill for a meal or two.

Caught enough crappie and shell cracker for a few meals, these were the biggest. Caught the crappie on minnows and crickets for the shell cracker.

Several of the biggest crappie a friend and I caught yesterday casting Bobby Garland artificial bait on light jig heads. Love those dark spots on the males this time of year.

I wanna say one is a 8 pounds and one was 4 I was catching them all night chicken liver best bait ever
