Tasman Sea

There is nothing I love more than having fresh tuna in my fridge whenever me and the family feel like it. From local yellow fin caught on our door step. The process from ocean to table is something that I value and sharing this now with my daughter is something I dreamt of. Knowing where your food comes from is priceless, we don't live in this way to save money, but to understand what we are putting into our bodies and understanding how these animals are being harvested... And to revive the lost way of our ancestors and how they lived with the earth and the seasons.
