Western Atlantic Seaboard (HAs 32;33;34)

Back at the blow holes on Inishbofin & landed 2 very decent Pollack! Took the second back to the hotel where I live & work. The chef was kind enough to cook them up in 2 separate dishes! - Pan Fried with a hollandaise sauce on a bed of potatoes & seaweed with crispy bacon bits. - Pan Fried with a pea puree, green beans & caesar dressing. Fries on the side.

Second time out fishing on the stunning Inishbofin. Decided to try out a spot by the blow holes & it didn't disappoint! Landed three in total. A juvenile & then these 2 slightly larger mature Pollack.

Incredible spot. Heaven on earth 🌎. 4 Pollack and 1 Mackerel in the space of 30 mins

Pollack second cast. Snapped reel 3rd cast 🥲 Too much of a hike to go back with spare. Moving on
